Applicable consumer law
Sales are made by a company established in Romania to consumers in the European Union. Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Directive (EU) 2019/771 on the legal guarantee of conformity (minimum two years) apply, as transposed in your country. VAT is charged at the rate of the country of delivery (OSS scheme).
Right of withdrawal
