How long does delivery take?

The delivery time for each product is displayed on the product page.
If an order contains products with different delivery times, the shipment will be based on the longest delivery time. Delivery cannot be split.
Generally, excluding very busy periods, if the order is placed Monday to Friday before 2 PM, it is processed the same day and arrives within 1-2 days, including Saturday for locations where couriers deliver on weekends.
If the order is placed after 2 PM Monday to Friday, it is processed on the next business day and arrives within the following two business days.
If the order is placed on the weekend, it is processed on Monday and arrives Tuesday-Wednesday, on business days.

Can I pick up the product in person?

Yes, you can pick up the product in person from our headquarters in Bucharest, Sector 1, str. Copilului nr. 6-12, ground floor.
You can pay at our office by bank card at POS or cash.

I forgot to add a product, can I add it later?

Once the order is confirmed, no additional products can be added except by creating a new order.

How can I return a product?

Please contact us by email at [email protected].
Personalized products can only be returned if they have a manufacturing defect.
If the return is accepted, the customer must return the product to our address in Bucharest, str. Copilului nr. 6-12, ground floor, with shipping costs covered by StarGift.
Within a maximum of 2 weeks from receiving the returned package, StarGift will refund the product value directly to the customer's bank account.

I need the order now. Can I pay more to receive it faster?

This service is only available in Bucharest.

I made a mistake in the customization when placing the order. Can I correct it?

In certain situations, when the product has not yet entered the production phase, some corrections can be made.

The order arrived but contains damaged products. How can this be resolved?

Are invoices attached in the package? I wouldn't want the recipient to see the prices.

No, invoices are never physically placed in packages, under any circumstances.
We send invoices electronically, only to the email address of the person who places the order.

I don't want to create an account. Can I place an order without one?

Yes, on www.stargift.com you can place orders without an account.
Fill in all the required information in the order form and the order will be successfully processed.
However, we recommend creating an account to make the ordering process easier in the future.
