Ordering personalised gifts has never been easier! If this is your first time visiting our website, here are 5 quick and easy steps you need to follow to order a personalised, original and special gift.  

Step 1 – Visit our website and browse through it to discover all the personalised products we have.

Step 2 – If you already know what you want, you can use the search engine to see if we have the product you’re looking for, or you can go straight to our list of over a dozen product categories available for personalisation.

Important: Our products are divided into several categories when it comes to personalisation. For example, there may be products that can be personalised with photos only, text only, or both photos and text. You’ll therefore need to check whether the design you’ve chosen can be personalised the way you want. You can also check this in the description of each product.

Furthermore, our designs are standardised and pre-set to offer customers the easiest possible personalisation experience. You must therefore ensure that you stay within the character limit and the number of lines displayed on the website for products that require longer messages or text. If you choose a product that can be personalised with photos, please bear in mind that the photos you upload must be of good quality, well-lit and clear.  

Step 3 – Upload the photos you want from your phone. You can upload 15 photos at once if the product is personalised with multiple photos. So, if you choose a product that can be personalised with 20 photos, you’ll need to upload 15 photos first, and then upload the remaining 5.

Step 4 – Select the photos you want to use. These will appear at the bottom and you’ll be able to see them all.
You can delete and replace photos if you’re not sure or change your mind. To place them on the product you selected earlier, you need to select the exact spot where you want your photo to appear on the product, and then choose the desired photo from those you have uploaded. You must do the same for all the photos.  

Important: You must also check their positioning and cropping, as the personalisation process is automated and we do not intervene in how photos are uploaded by customers. Consequently, the product will look exactly as it appears on screen in the preview.

You can crop the image using the buttons provided on the website to shrink, enlarge, rotate or zoom. If the product allows for text personalisation, you must select the text where it will appear on the product and fill in the fields provided there.

For some products, the text fields appear below the product; you do not need to select the product first, but can fill them in directly.

Step 5 – Check that everything looks as you want it to. You can edit the photos if you think they don’t look right, or you can change the text as many times as you like until you’re happy with how the final product looks. If everything is OK, click the ‘Finalise product’ button, and then you can add the product to your basket with confidence.  

You can check the product text later, after adding it to your basket, in case you want to come back to it at a later date. If you want to personalise other products as well, the process is the same for each individual product.

Finally, check all the products in your basket and you’re ready to complete your order! Don’t forget to enter your email address for the order confirmation, and from then on we’ll take care of the rest! :)
