Personalised mug with your design on both sides

On our website you’ll find countless designs, but you also have the option to personalise your product with your own graphics.
We accept any kind of artwork: photos, text or a combination of both. :)

Just make sure to use the ‘preview’ function, which helps you check the positioning of your artwork. Please do check the positioning, as the processing will be done automatically by our system. Also, if the website won’t let you upload your graphic, it means it’s too small and you’ll need a larger, clearer image.

What can I personalise?
The mug can be personalised with your own graphic.

How do I customise it?
Step 1: Click on the ‘Customise’ button;
Step 2: Click on ‘Your design here’ and then click on the green button at the bottom labelled ‘Upload images’ (the images will be saved for future use);
Step 3: Select the image from your computer, phone or tablet, ensuring it meets the following dimensions
:- Total graphic: 828 x 1004 px (7 x 8.5 cm), 300 dpi; the visible part of the graphic matches the preview;
Step 4: Choose the image you want to appear;
Step 5: If necessary, you can edit the photo by adjusting its position, zoom or rotation;
Step 6: When you are happy with the result, click the ‘Confirm’ button;
Step 7: Click the ‘Finish’ button and add the product to your basket.

Step 8: Once you have finished customising, click the ‘Finish’ button and add the product to your basket.

Material: ceramic/glass

Volume: Ceramic mugs have a capacity of 325 ml, and frosted glass mugs have a capacity of 300 ml.

Finish: Glossy / matte

Care instructions: White and coloured mugs are dishwasher safe, scratch resistant and microwave safe. Thermosensitive
and matte mugs should be washed by hand and are microwave safe.

Note: Thermosensitive mugs are made with a special film to preserve their appearance and thermosensitive effect.
Clean the mug by hand with a soft cloth or fine sponge, avoid excessive rubbing or washing in the dishwasher.
