On our website, you will find countless designs, but you also have the option to customise the product with your own graphics.
We accept any type of graphics: photos, text, or both. :)
Just keep in mind the "preview" feature, which helps you check the graphics' layout. We kindly ask you to check the framing because the processing will be done automatically in our system. Also, if the website does not allow you to upload the graphics, it means that it is too small and you need larger and clearer graphics.

How can I customise it?
Step 1: Click on the "Customise" button;
Step 2: Click on "Your design here" and then click on the green button at the bottom "Upload photos" (The images will be saved for future use);
Step 3: Select the image from your computer, phone or tablet that meets the following dimensions:
- Total graphics: 2422 x 1032 px (20.5 x 9 cm), 300dpi; the visible part of the graphic is as shown in the preview;
Step 4: Choose the image you want to appear;
Step 5: If necessary, you can edit the photo by changing its position, zoom or rotation;
Step 6: When you are satisfied with the result, click on the "Confirm" button;
Step 7: Click on the "Finish" button and add the product to your basket.
Material: ceramic/glass
Volume: Ceramic mugs have a capacity of 325 ml, and frosted glass mugs have a capacity of 300 ml.
Finish: Glossy / matte
Care instructions: White and coloured mugs are dishwasher safe, scratch resistant and microwave safe. Thermosensitive
and matte mugs should be washed by hand and are microwave safe.
Note: Thermosensitive mugs are made with a special film to preserve their appearance and thermosensitive effect.
